Why Listen? In my journal practice, I write down what I call “heart taps…which are the things that speak directly to my heart…and so here are the heart tap moments that I wrote down from this interview. 

  1. NLP helps to reprogram your unconscious thoughts and behaviors. 
  2. Willpower  doesn’t work…unless you fix your subconscious! 
  3. 95% of what we do is unconscious behavior.
  4. Everyone interprets things differently and assigns their own it meaning to what happened. 
  5. Most of what we are dealing with today, was unconsciously programmed before 7 year old.
  6. Your RAS is the Instagram algorithm for your mind.
  7. We need to train our brains to work for us and to notice the opportunities not the opposite or obstacles. 
  8. If something isn’t working for you…experiment with this mindset work. 
  9. “Our thoughts impact the way we feel, and the way we feel impacts our physiology, our body changes when we feel different, and all of that impacts the behavior we carry out which leads to the results we get in life.”
  10. Just change one thought today.
  11. Have a toolbox of practices, so you can pull out what you need when you need it. 
  12. Give yourself permission to do that thing that lights you up!
