Show Notes

WHY LISTEN?
Here are just a few “heart taps” from this episode:

  1. It’s not about what you eat: it’s about why you are eating.
  2. Many eating issue stem from trauma.
  3. Create a body image timeline and go back to the first time you started thinking about or hearing comments about your body.
  4. “We are all operating on a belief system that we might not be aware of”
  5. Many times, people’s opinions about you…aren’t really about you! So stop taking that in as Truth!
  6. Diets don’t work. Let me say this again: Diets don’t work. Dieting is actually a predictor of weight gain.
  7. If you are spending too much time thinking about food and body stuff…what would you rather be doing with that time? Imagine how free it would be to have that time to really grow your passion and your purpose!
  8. We need more romping!!
