Why Listen? Here are the heart taps from today’s episode:

  1. Give yourself the time to figure things out, vs rushing through it.
  2. The blank page will catch anything that you throw at it.
  3. Your thing, your passion…doesn’t have to be something hard…what feels easy and natural? Explore that!
  4. Remember…where you start, is never where you end.
  5. Journaling tells you what you need to hear, and it’s going to tell you over and over again until you actually do it.
  6. You can make a difference in someone’s day, just by sending a postcard.
  7. Friendship can be hard.
  8. We need to celebrate more!
  9. Do something that takes you out of your comfort zone.
  10. It’s so much easier to do things together than it is alone.
